The Brisa Charitable Foundation is a privately funded organization focused on commercial lending, strategic investment, and long-term ownership of commercial real estate. Brisa deploys capital through thoughtfully structured commercial loans and selectively invests in and acquires commercial properties aligned with durable fundamentals. In addition to originating and holding investments, Brisa may dispose of real estate assets over time, with proceeds supporting its charitable mission. A portion of the Foundation’s activities is dedicated to making charitable contributions to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations, reinforcing Brisa’s commitment to long-term impact alongside disciplined capital stewardship.
